The Extech 39272 pocket thermometer is a fold-up thermometer with 4.5" stainless steel adjustable probe. You can adjust the probe from 0 to 180° for storage or measurement. The Extech 39272 pocket thermometer is accurate to within ± 1.8°F (-22 to 482°F); ± 1°C (-30 to 250°C) and has a temperature range of -58 to 572°F (-50 to 300°C).
