CA-Calc® Multi-Gas Combustion Analyzers
TSI's Series CA-6200 CA-CALC Multi-gas Combustion Analyzers are rugged, fast-response, easy-to-use instruments ideal for tuning burners for maximum efficiency and safety on large industrial systems to commercial systems. They have advanced features including a graphic display with all data on a single screen, eliminating the need to set-up or scroll through data. Added features of the Series CA-6200 analyzers make them ideal for the service contractors having multiple employees, working primarily on large boilers and who are positioning their business for changing market needs. All models are field upgradeable and field reconfigurable. Custom probe/hose lengths are available (48 in. /50 ft.). Key aspects of these analyzers are the diagnostics information that simplifies the maintenance and field replacement of sensors and the superior value of standard factory service. Standard factory service provides clear pricing options, two-day service guarantee, a new sample pump as necessary and the automatic replacement of the O2 sensor and filters. The basic unit measures O2, CO, draft, and ambient and stack temperatures. Optional sensors can be added for measuring NO, NO2, SO2 and CO (0–2%).
